MSRA takes a full-service, integrated approach to real estate advisory services. We essentially become your in-house real estate department.

While real estate transactions are the core of our business, ongoing account servicing throughout your lease is our mantra. Tenant Representation

As one of Center City’s most productive brokerage teams, our singular goal is to identify and negotiate the very best office space alternatives for our clients utilizing intimate market knowledge, comprehensive process and single point of contact services to deliver an all-encompassing real estate relationship. Our role is to define and implement a customized real estate solution for our clients through savvy experience, insightful financial analysis, latest market trends and understanding the nuances of artful negotiation.

Landlord Representation

With extensive experience representing Class A and Trophy products along the West Market Street corridor in Center City Philadelphia, MSRA is positioned to deliver an extensive platform of leasing services utilizing innovative marketing tools, technology and events to accelerate tenant retention and new tenant recruitment. MSRA’s tenant retention rate has been historically in excess of 98%.

Asset Management

MSRA has established a solid track record spanning thirty years as a fiduciary, advising third parties and investing in both operating and development assets with institutional investors and sophisticated corporate tenants. The strength of MSRA is the creativity, experience and dedication of our team. This team will provide the full range of asset management services from brokerage and property management to accounting and disposition to comprehensive re-position programs.

Construction Management

Through established partnerships, MSRA delivers superior construction management services responsible for selecting vendors, to developing scope, budget and schedule from inception through move-in and final punch-list phase. In this role MSRA provides oversight through every phase of construction, the evaluation of base building work and systems and delivery of the finished product on time and on budget.
