MSRA’s Principals have been active in the center city Philadelphia real estate scene since 1984… before the building boom of the late ‘80’s/early ‘90’s which brought about our current inventory of Market West trophy properties and before Market Street vitality crossed the Schuylkill river into University City. Now Market West & University City comprises 35M SF of the overall downtown CBD inventory of 45M SF. In other words, the Market Street corridor is the pulse of our business and office space activity. Hence, the name “Market Street Realty Advisors” is apropos for what we do, every day, all year ‘round. From City Hall to 24th Street to UCity.

Founded June 2019, MSRA is a women-owned PA licensed commercial real estate firm. Our customized approach is simple… you get Morgan and Joe on every deal. No slipping through the cracks, no downtime, all aspects of the real estate process are covered by both teammates. This approach is refreshing, personal and effective in driving real estate value for you. We support our clients through every phase of the real estate process and can easily provide ancillary services such as project management, asset management and technical support on an as-needed basis by one of our teammates.
